There is no need to rush into
something that has the possibility
of damaging our environment
for many years to come.

Also real estate values will go to a
fraction of the current ones; jobs
in tourism, hotels, restaurants, the
construction sector etc. will
disappear - who will want to have
a second home or visit
an industrial zone?
